My Journey of Continuous Learning and Growth

My interest in personal development began in my twenties as I began training in Complementary Therapies in 1997.  Later in 1999 I started working as a teacher as I began delivering Complementary Therapy Practitioner programs and workshops. This experience ignited my eagerness for helping others further, that has only grown stronger over time. 

In 2003, I achieved my Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy Practitioner's Diploma, furthering my career dedicated to personal transformation .

Throughout my professional life, I've consistently sought to expand the scope of my practice with ongoing development including many other trainings, qualifications and awards, including:

• Senior Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice (SQHP) from the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council

• Fellow Member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP)

• NLP Practitioner 

• Core Transformation Coach 

• Diploma in Stress Management 

• Diploma in Trauma and Abuse Specialist Skills

My Approach to Transformation
One of the things that sets me apart is my ability to draw from a diverse toolkit of therapeutic approaches. While hypnotherapy has been a foundation of my practice, I have recognised through time and experience with clients that there are different approaches – which although less mainstream – that are often the approaches that bring powerful lasting results, even with the toughest of problems. 
 

Utilising my whole skill-set, and through discernment incorporating these different approaches, allows me to tailor my services to your unique needs, ensuring the most effective path to overcoming obstacles and achieving your goals.

Empowering Others Through Education
My work in personal development extends beyond my one-on-one client work. For 17 years - before selling the business to my colleague - I served as the Principal and Lead Course Tutor for a renowned long-standing Hypnotherapy Practitioner Training school, helping to prepare the next generation of practitioners. My role as a trainer has also included:

• Training experienced practitioners to become Hypnotherapy supervisors

• Delivering advanced specialist skills courses in trauma and childhood abuse recovery

• Delivering Holistic Therapy Practitioner training courses in both the Public and Private sectors

• Conducting numerous personal and professional development workshops

• Delivering 1-1 work, and group work to various organisations
   

My work is not simply about developing my own expertise but also reflects my commitment and hope to contribute towards the ongoing growth of the whole field of personal development.
